What’s the timeline for the development?
Subject to finding a suitable site with outline planning permission, we hope to be able to start building in Autumn 2021, with site completion in early 2023
How will the units be priced?
Most units will be sold at market rates. Some, however, will be sold or let on an affordable basis, subject to a partnership with a housing association
Will all the units be identical?
No. Among our 32 homes we’re planning a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats and houses. All will share the facilities of the common house
How will decisions be made?
We believe decision making should be by consensus. We aim to ensure that everyone’s view is heard and to take into consideration all concerns or objections
What facilities will there be for children?
We want to make CirenCoho a great place for families, with a safe environment for children to play and make friends. There’ll be play areas for all ages and we’ll work to develop a supportive community that helps share childcare.
